- The terms and conditions below apply to TicketHotline.com.au. The holder(s) of the event(s) and/or the organiser(s) of the event(s) [“promoter”] may have additional terms and conditions that apply.
- These standard terms and conditions apply to all persons making use of the TicketHotline.com.au website and its services. If you do not wish to abide by these terms and conditions, please do not make use of this website/services.
- TicketHotline.com.au acts as a ticketing agent only and does not attract any liability as a promoter of the event to you[“customer”], but simply offers the service of facilitating ticket sales on behalf of the promoter(s) of the event for which you are purchasing ticket(s).
- TicketHotline.com.au may terminate your right to use its services at any time if you violate or breach these terms and conditions, if you misuse or abuse TicketHotline.com.au’s services, or use its services in a way not intended or permitted by TicketHotline.com.au

PERSONAL INFORMATION

- Any information provided to TicketHotline.com.au for purchasing tickets and/or registering to use TicketHotline.com.au’s services must be true, accurate, current and complete. Failure to do so may result in termination of your TicketHotline.com.au account and/or being permanently banned from using the TicketHotline.com.au service.
- TicketHotline.com.au is not liable in any respect for the unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your account and TicketHotline.com.au will hold you liable for any activity undertaken on the TicketHotline.com.au website using your personal and/or payment information, regardless of whether you have a registered TicketHotline.com.au account.

TICKETS

- Tickets purchased on TicketHotline.com.au are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Tickets are not replaceable due to damage, loss, theft or any other reason.
- A TicketHotline.com.au branded ticket is void and all rights connected herewith nullified unless purchased directly from TicketHotline.com.au
- TicketHotline.com.au accepts no liability for the costs and/or fees incurred from failed transactions/payments when purchasing a ticket. Nor does TicketHotline.com.au accept responsibility for the costs and/or fees of any payment service for the usage, processing and/or reversal of any transaction made on TicketHotline.com.au.
- You have no right to use, and agree not to use, any TicketHotline.com.au tickets for your own commercial purposes. You have no right to, and agree not to scrape, crawl, or employ any automated means to extract data from the TicketHotline.com.au website and/or resell tickets purchased through TicketHotline.com.au.

EVENTS

- TicketHotline.com.au accepts no liability whatsoever arising from the postponement or cancellation of the event(s) and therefore any recourse you may have in law is only against the promoter(s), although TicketHotline.com.au provides no representation or guarantee that the promoter(s) will offer a refund.
- TicketHotline.com.au reserves the right to ban/remove any event(s) and or its promoter(s) from the TicketHotline.com.au website for contravention of the TicketHotline.com.au terms and conditions and/or contravention of any local laws and/or regulations. Refunds for banned/cancelled events are the responsibility of the promoter(s), although TicketHotline.com.au provides no representation or guarantee that the promoter(s) will offer a refund.
- Right of admission to the event(s) is reserved by the promoter(s), and the promoter(s) has the right to change the programme or the seating thereof. Rules and regulations pertaining to the event apply when attending the event(s), although TicketHotline.com.au accepts no responsibility for the enforcement of these rules and regulations and no liability when these rules and regulations are contravened.
- TicketHotline.com.au is not liable for, nor does it control, the quality, safety, accuracy or legality of any event or the content associated with an event. The accuracy of any event information listed on TicketHotline.com.au is the responsibility of the promoter(s) of that event.
- TicketHotline.com.au is not responsible and/or liable for any illness, bodily injury, disability, or death that may occur during an event. Some events may carry inherent risk, and by participating in those events, you choose to assume those risks voluntarily.

INFORMATION USAGE

- By using this website, you consent to your personal information being utilised by TicketHotline.com.au and the promoter who may use this information for purposes of liaising with you regarding further offers, provide you with information and/or promotional material.
- TicketHotline.com.au will not pass on your personal information to any third party other than the promoter of the event for which you purchase a ticket(s).
- TicketHotline.com.au may occasionally send you advertising material and information, including but not limited to special offers by e-mail.
- Opt-out Clause: If you do not wish to receive offers or information, whether from TicketHotline.com.au or the promoter(s), please notify us by sending an e-mail to info@tickethotline.com.au or contact us on 0455 577555. Due to possible delays, you may receive promotional material up to 2 months after your notification.

TICKET CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

- Tickets purchased on TicketHotline.com.au are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Any possible refund must be obtained from the promoter, although TicketHotline.com.au provides no representation or guarantee that the promoter(s) will offer a refund.
- TicketHotline.com.au acts as a ticketing agent only, therefore all transactions are between the promoter(s) and its respective attendees, therefore any request for a refund must be pursued with the promotor(s)
- TicketHotline.com.au and/or a Promoter may refuse admission to events, alter the event(s) program or seating arrangements, or even postpone or cancel events in certain circumstances. In such case, the Promoter may offer a refund or exchange of tickets for which you may be required to follow certain procedures as determined by the Promoter, although TicketHotline.com.au provides no representation or guarantee that the promoter(s) will offer a refund.
- Any possible refund will be handled by the Promotor and not TicketHotline.com.au.
- A TicketHotline.com.au branded ticket is void and all rights connected herewith nullified if you are refused admission to the event because you are younger than the minimum age for attendance specified by law or you otherwise fail to qualify for attendance.
- Purchasing an event ticket(s) through TicketHotline.com.au constitutes acceptance and compliance with the Promoter’s rules, instructions and/or deadlines regarding that event. Failure to adhere to these rules, instructions and deadlines may result in refusal of entry or cancellation of your ticket(s). TicketHotline.com.au accepts no liability for the refund, replacement or transference of tickets due to non-compliance with the Promoter’s rules, instructions and/or deadlines.

A TicketHotline.com.au ticket is rendered void and all rights connected herewith nullified if any of the Terms and Conditions of TicketHotline.com.au are breached.
TicketHotline.com.au reserves the right to modify or change our terms and conditions at any time.
